Andrea, Founder

Andrea has always been passionate about nature and travel. Having lived in nine countries across three continents, she has developed a profound appreciation for diverse cultures and the natural beauty found around the world.

After experiencing burnout in a high-paced career, Andrea sought a healthier, more balanced lifestyle. This journey led her to explore various wellbeing practices such as yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. With a deep curiosity for wellness, she has traveled to over 80 countries, immersing herself in different approaches to holistic health.

It was during a transformative hike along the Pacific Crest Trail that Andrea discovered the profound healing power of nature. Surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and solitude, she became captivated by the benefits of being immersed in natural environments. This sparked her discovery of forest bathing—a practice that combines mindfulness with the therapeutic effects of nature to promote relaxation and wellbeing.

With a background in team-building events, a personal journey through stress management, and a wealth of knowledge about wellness practices from around the world, Andrea is committed to guiding individuals toward a more balanced and fulfilling life through the healing connection with nature.

Introducing Thomas, a passionate forest therapy guide dedicated to helping others reconnect with nature. His transformative journey toward a healthier and more balanced lifestyle began in Costa Rica, where he discovered the profound benefits of immersing himself in the lush rainforests and natural beauty. It was here that Thomas experienced firsthand how time spent in nature, combined with the practice of forest bathing, can deeply enhance overall wellbeing.

Motivated by the positive effects of this experience, Thomas dove deeper into forest therapy, studying its powerful impact on personal growth and stress management. His goal is to guide individuals toward healthier lifestyles and help them cultivate a lasting connection with nature.

Outside of forest therapy, Thomas maintains a holistic approach to wellness, engaging in activities such as hiking, brewing kombucha, and exploring the health benefits of the Mediterranean diet.
