What happens on the day?

  • During our guided Forest Therapy sessions, participants are taken on a seemingly simple journey which will have a powerful effect

  • The team will meet a certified Forest Bathing guide near a forest and learn the basics of Forest Therapy

  • As the next step, they will walk slowly in the forest practicing mindfulness and immersing in nature

  • Walking in the forest will help the team to clear their minds and feel at peace by encouraging them to step away from their stresses and devices. There is real science behind these mood shifts, and there’s a chemical basis for the calming feeling people get from being among the trees.

  • The guide will lead the team on a gentle walk through the forest and offer “invitations” to activities that heighten the sensory awareness.

  • Each Forest Therapy session is unique, depending on the stress level and general mood of the team

  • The guide will propose different activities to connect the team to each other and to nature

  • Being part of a team while forest bathing enhances the benefits and bonds the team. They will go through this special experience together.
